I do RTT because I know what it feels like to carry things that are too heavy for too long. I was in family court for many years had Lyme Disease and overcame Cancer. When i started to heal.. really heal my health got better and my relationships healthier. This trickled down to my children who are thriving.
Life has a way of layering stress, fear, old stories, and survival patterns on top of who we really are. I understand how easy it is to feel stuck inside your own mind, even when you’re trying so hard to move forward and rebuild.
RTT gave me a way to gently go beneath the surface—to find the real roots of what’s been holding us back, and to soften them with compassion instead of force.
I believe we are carrying things that once made sense, but no longer belong. My work is about helping you release those layers, reconnect with your inner steadiness, and come back to yourself in a way that feels calm, safe, and real.
This work is for the moments when you’re ready to stop surviving on autopilot—and start feeling like you again.

An RTT session is a guided process of going inward — into the deeper layers of the mind where old beliefs, emotional patterns, and protective stories are stored.
In this space, we gently uncover what has been shaping how you feel, think, and respond in your life today. It’s not about reliving pain — it’s about understanding it, releasing it, and transforming it.
Through a deeply relaxed, meditative state, you are guided back to the root of what’s been holding you back. From there, we begin to bring awareness, compassion, and understanding to those parts of you that adapted in order to survive. Together we erase and eradicate the old beliefs and transform new pathways.
This is where healing begins.
You are then guided through a personalized transformational script — designed specifically for you — to help rewire limiting beliefs and begin building new internal patterns of safety, worthiness, and self-love.
It’s like putting the pieces of a puzzle together — seeing your story clearly, understanding how it formed, and gently reshaping it into something that supports who you are becoming.
Many people describe it as finally giving themselves the love, reassurance, and emotional release they have been craving for years.
This is not about fixing you. Calming the nervous system is often missed and so incredibly important to your healing. When our nervous system regulates eveything starts to click and make sense.
